JOY(Black)

SYNOPSIS

Bonte Grangue films herself every time she feels joy for a month timespan while interviewing black people around New York City trying to find the reason or root of happiness in the African-American community,

In doing this, Grangue is able to not only discover the many roots of happiness for other people, but also the proof of joy within herself in a world where the media around black women does not prioritize their ability to find any joy.
